Failed Deliveries

2. Farmstand Pickup

You may select farmstand pickup during checkout.

You will see the pickup stand out front, with signs next to it, pick up there. Do not enter the gate. 

Please arrive during your selected pickup time.

We cannot guarantee product quality for orders picked up late.

3. Market Pre‑Order Pickup

We offer pre‑order pickup at select farmer’s markets. Please bring your order number. 

Pickup Details

Pickup location and hours will be listed during checkout or on our website.

Please pick up during the designated window.

No‑Show Policy

Pre‑orders not picked up within the stated time window may be forfeited without refund due to product perishability.

4. Weather, Delays & Unexpected Events

We may adjust delivery or pickup schedules due to:

Severe weather

Road closures

Harvest issues

Emergency situations
